Who are Dublin Mail Drop and how are we assisting small business during the Covid-19 Crisis.

In this article

Established in 2008 we were the first company in Dublin to offer virtual office services and probably the first provider with an online presence.  We may do another blog post with screenshots of our old website going back through the years:)

We provide virtual office services from our offices in Upper Baggot Street.  Ever since we set up Dublin Mail Drop, we have assisted businesses, large and small,  within Ireland and abroad, establish a business presence in Dublin, whether through our virtual office services or company formation and recently our serviced office solutions, along with back up assistance in administration and finance.

Now during the Covid 19 crisis, our services, and especially virtual office services,  are now more in demand than ever.  With working from home becoming more of an option and entrepreneurs and freelancers becoming less dependent on using serviced office services such as Regus and co-working space such as WeWork, there is a rapid opening for us to assist people working from home, working outside Dublin/Ireland, wanting to reduce their office overheads and still have a prestigious office address with all the backup support a business requires.

Dublin Mail Drop understands the requirements of small and medium businesses and we try to tailor make each client’s service differently, as all businesses vary greatly in their needs.    We provide private office space along with administrative support, virtual office services, company formation assistance along with meeting room rental.

Recently we have had a number of client’s close their full time offices with one or two staff and sign up solely to our services.   Consider the savings, such a move for a business makes! they are saving on monthly rent, rates, staffing, utilities and also reduce their impact on the environment from unnecessary travel.

Currently the main advantage to our various virtual office services, is you don’t need to be in a crowded or shared office space.   You are reducing your exposure to Covid and to those around you.  As mentioned by the WHO this crisis will be with us long into 2021 and businesses need to make planning for such measures going into 2021 and 2022. Large amounts of businesses were caught off guard by this black swan event and our advise is that all business, large and small, should have a plan B, relating to their workspace and how easily it can be transitioned to remote working.

As a small business owner, I understand your requirements and difficulties whilst running a business.   When contacting Dublin Mail Drop, there is no call waiting, you will get to speak to a human, who will deal with your query straight away.   We provide a personable service for all our clients and are flexible towards their needs.

We love to hear from all types of business.  Give us a call today on +353 1 6670030 or email us at info@dublinmaildrop.com – Have a look at our services online and see what services suit you!
